We shared joint venture with Tai-Yue Rubber Industrial Co., Ltd. and established Taiyin Advance Polymer Co., Ltd.
Had one technical cooperation with Woosung TR from Korea to produce air-tight Flexible Vestibule Gangway for Electric Multiple Units.

We signed one technical cooperation contract with Sumitomo Electric Industries, Ltd. and acquired technology to produce products of air springs for railway trains.
Undertook vibration reducing rubber elastic base plates for railways in Taipei MRT.

We developed and manufactured the very first Light Rail in Taiwan (developed with Ministry of Economic Affairs and National Chung-Shan Institute of Science & Technology).

ISO 9002 certified; We established Ho Hwa Industrial Co., Ltd with Marunaka Rubber Industry Co., Ltd. to produce rubber tracks sold to Japan and other countries.

Had a technical cooperation with Asahi Co. from Japan to produce vibration proof and sound proof products for automobile.
Developed vibration and noise reducing ballast mats for railroad tracks, supplying to underground rails in Taipei City.

Relocated factories from Nangang to Bade Dist., Taoyuan City with area of 25,800 m2 in total.

Had a technical cooperation with Seibu Polymer Co. from Japan and acquired technology to produce industrial rubber products such as flexible hoses.
We shared joint venture with Kinugawa Rubber Industrial Co., Ltd. from Japan to establish Chung Kwang Rubber Goods MFG, Co., Ltd for producing components and fittings of automobile.

Assisting in repairing U.S. military supplies used in Vietnam, we were awarded a citation by the U.S. military.
Undertook manufacturing of Navy rubber dinghy for marine corps to use.

Successfully producing tracks for tanks, we started mass production to supply the military and were awarded a citation by the late President Chiang Kai-Shek.
CTR were established at Nangang, Taipei with capital of one hundred thousand Taiwan dollars, producing bicycle inner tube, rain boots, and slippers.
